Just two:

• Microphone — so we can hear you • Accessibility — so the hotkey works and text can land in the focused field

Open System Settings → Privacy & Security and turn Saynix on. After that, fully quit the app and open it again.

If it’s still stuck: restart your Mac, or remove Saynix from the list and add it again, then flip the switch back on.
