Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-15

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Saynix paid subscription services. Payments for Saynix are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. This policy supplements our Terms of Service. If it conflicts with applicable law, applicable law controls.

1. Overview

We want every user to have a good experience. If you believe there was an abnormal charge, duplicate billing, or another subscription-related issue, we will help review a refund request.

Unless required by applicable law, Saynix subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Canceling a subscription only stops future auto-renewals; it does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period.

2. How to request a refund

If you want to request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the charge whenever possible.

Email: [email protected]

Please include as much of the following as you can: your account email; approximate charge date; charge amount; order/transaction ID if available; and a short description of the issue or reason for the request.

After we receive your request, we will review it based on the circumstances and, where needed, work with Paddle to process an approved refund.

3. Refund review

We review refund requests case by case. Situations that are typically prioritized include: duplicate charges or duplicate purchases; abnormal charges caused by a system error; unauthorized payments (with a reasonable explanation); and other special cases we consider eligible.

Situations that typically do not qualify (unless required by law) include: voluntary refund requests after normal use of the subscription; no longer needing the service for personal reasons; and failing to cancel auto-renewal before a renewal (we may still review such cases individually).

Every refund request is assessed independently based on the facts. Approval is not guaranteed for every request.

4. If a refund is approved

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle’s payment flow.

Funds are usually returned to your original payment method.

Timing depends on your payment method, bank, and region, and often takes several business days.

After a refund is completed, we may adjust or terminate subscription entitlements tied to that order when appropriate.

5. Canceling a subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

After cancellation: you can continue using paid entitlements through the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged for the next billing period; and cancellation alone does not trigger a refund.

You can manage your subscription in Saynix account settings or through the Paddle customer portal.

6. Abnormal or abusive payments

If we find fraudulent payments, unauthorized card use, abusive refunds, misuse of this Refund Policy, or other violations of our Terms of Service, Saynix may deny the refund request and, where necessary, suspend or terminate the related account.

7. Legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits or affects any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

For other subscription, payment, and service rules, see our Terms of Service. For how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Contact us
